How does billing work?

What plan should I choose?

We offer free 30-day trial on Preimum Plan. If you are not sure after the trial, we recommend that you start with FREE and work your way up.

How does per resource billing work?

The serivce fee is based on the number of the resources used (clients book againt or you created appointments with) in one calendar month. The minimum charge for paid plans is 1 resource.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all kinds of credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

How payment will be charged?

All services are billed automatically at the end of the month. You can view the estimated fee of current month at any time under Billing page.

Can I switch plan within a month?

Absolutely. Plan upgrades will be effective immediately; Plan downgrades will be effective in the next month. The monthly service fee is decided on the highest plan.

What happens if reach the quota on free plan?

Businesses on FREE plan get free marketing: customers can search, view and book your services. On reaching the quota, a business will be remain hidden until the end of the week.
